Alison Wilson is the Proposal Administrator for the Preparedness Program at the Emergency Services Training Institute (ESTI), a division of the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) within the Texas A&M University System.
Mrs. Wilson has over 15 years’ experience in the customer service industry. She spent 5 years working in the catering industry where she helped coordinate events ranging from small baby showers to tailgates for large crowds of people. Her last 8 years were spent in Hotel and event sales where she hosted multiple large conventions and events. She managed large banquets and conventions as well as coordinated housing for sports teams and corporate events. She held the position as the Director of Sales for 3 mid-level hotels in the Bryan/ College Station Area. There she helped market the hotels and its amenities in a large hotel market. She managed hotel employees and trained them on servicing the customer, marketing the hotel and ensuring that guests enjoyed their experience from check in to check out.
